About the Role: We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to become an integral part of our culinary team. This role is ideal for a passionate culinary professional looking to advance their career in a vibrant and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Support the head chef in menu planning and inventory management.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold our standards of excellence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create exceptional dining experiences.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 along with potential quarterly bonuses of up to 10%. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, paid vacation, paid sick leave, and dining discounts at affiliated establishments.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in culinary management within a reputable establishment.
  • Strong focus on consistency and service excellence, with keen attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic, possessing excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in managing and motivating a diverse team.
  • A commitment to professional growth and learning from experienced culinary leaders.
