Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of food quality and safety.
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop innovative menu items that reflect the essence of French gastronomy.
- Mentor and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Manage inventory and supplies, maintaining cost-effective practices while ensuring the availability of high-quality ingredients.
- Implement and uphold kitchen policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
