Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage Operations (SVP F&B Ops) to oversee critical elements of our operations. This role is accountable for maintaining service excellence, quality assurance, brand integrity, and financial success across Fine Dining, Entertainment, Bar, and Events sectors. The focus will be on enriching guest satisfaction and optimizing financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all facets of CCMC operations
  • Formulate and execute strategic initiatives
  • Oversee budgeting and financial results
  • Provide ongoing support to various venues
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing department
  • Evaluate and enhance operational concepts
  • Lead and develop a diverse workforce
  • Ensure comprehensive staff training and development
  • Monitor operational efficiency and cleanliness standards
  • Assist in long-term capital planning

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 10 years of senior operational experience
  • Experience in the hospitality and retail sectors is essential
  • Proficient in financial management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to move about on foot to complete tasks
  • Regularly climb stairs as part of job duties

The compensation range for this role is between $225,000 and $300,000 annually, plus performance bonuses. Creative Culinary Management is committed to equal employment opportunities.
