About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Rust-Oleum Corporation. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling products and services.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to identify potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs and pain points of our customers.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of the commercial sales landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
