Laboratory Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sample Collection Technician. As a key member of our laboratory and manufacturing operations, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and production of medicines that contribute to healthier and safer lives.
Responsibilities- Collect and document samples, and process and distribute them to QC laboratories.
- Work in a sterile cleanroom facility to monitor the environment of the manufacturing sites.
- Ensure supplies are prepared, organized, and stocked to support operations.
- Provide on-the-job training and day-to-day guidance to other staff under supervision.
- No experience required - training will be provided.
- Good communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn procedures and use a computer for communication, training, and record tracking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
- Ability to wear safety and protective gear, including scrubs, lab coat, respirator, safety glasses, gloves, and protective shoes, in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work with the physical demands of the position, including standing/walking for several hours, carrying/lifting/pushing/pulling up to 25 pounds, climbing ladders/stairwells, bending/kneeling, overhead reaching, and repetitive use of arms/wrists/hands.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable, hardworking team player.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
- Full-time position with 10-hour days, Sunday-Wednesday, 6:00am-4:30pm.
