Production Operations Specialist

At The Boeing Company, we're committed to innovation and collaboration to make the world a better place. Our team is seeking an experienced Production Operations Specialist to lead teams of highly skilled technicians through daily tasks involving spacecraft integration.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production.
- Provide concurrent engineering support to ensure seamless integration of spacecraft components.
- Define production activities and resolve problems of limited scope to minimize downtime.
- Review and approve technical documents to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze charging trends and develop projected manpower forecasts to optimize resource allocation.
- Assist with the preparation and justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation to drive business growth.
- Lead projects and participate in technical research on proposed projects to stay ahead of the curve.
- Serve as the primary interface with internal customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Translate data into actionable plans for implementation within the organization to drive results.
- Compile and provide management status reports for corrective/preventative action to ensure continuous improvement.
- Experience in manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support.
- Experience interpreting and working from blueprints, sketches, and written and verbal instructions in English.
- Experience working in a laboratory environment.
- Ability to lift 35lbs.
- Experience in fall protection, confined space, hazardous energy, crane safety, and incident investigations.
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESCI).
- Experience working in teams/work groups.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. A Final U.S. secret clearance Prestart or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
Relocation:This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
