Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at CrossCountry Mortgage. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our team's success by providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including calendar management, email management, and data entry.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Organization: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects.

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional client support, including responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate client records.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
