Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Mathnasium of El Paso. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our center, ensuring that our students receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate appointments, and build relationships with local schools and community partners.
  • Learning Plan Management: Utilize our operating system to create and update learning plans for all students, ensuring that their needs are met and their progress is tracked.
  • Task Delegation: Delegate tasks to team members and ensure that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
  • Front Desk Support: Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate parties, and provide general administrative support.
  • Office Administration: Handle basic office duties, such as data entry, reporting, and answering questions for employees, vendors, clients, and lenders.
  • Interdepartmental Communication: Facilitate communication and interactions between internal and external parties, ensuring that information is shared effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Basic Math Knowledge: Possess basic math knowledge through Pre-Algebra.
  • Independence: Be able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidential information regarding students and personnel.
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Communication Skills: Be an articulate speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Possess basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
