Position Overview:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive leadership of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include managing schedules, organizing travel logistics, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to executives, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Oversee calendar management, coordinating meetings and appointments while minimizing scheduling conflicts.
  • Arrange travel plans, including transportation and accommodations, while accurately documenting expenses.
  • Assist in project management activities, tracking progress and collaborating with various teams to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations as required, showcasing strong attention to detail.
  • Deliver exceptional service, addressing inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and manage essential documents and presentations.
  • Handle office management tasks, including supply ordering and coordination with support staff.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proven skills in calendar management, travel coordination, and project oversight.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
