Bilingual Spanish Customer Success Specialist

Your Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating the onboarding process and training clients on our platform.
- Utilizing the Data Impact Dashboard to extract and present key insights for our clients.
- Serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by becoming a trusted industry partner.
- Identifying and recommending upsell opportunities and managing contract renewals.
- Delivering comprehensive analytics and business reviews to clients.
- Networking to uncover new client needs and potential avenues for business growth.
- Managing strategic partnerships to reduce customer churn.
- Participating in relevant industry events and forums.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Fluency in Spanish.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with FMCG brands, particularly in e-commerce.
- A proactive and autonomous approach, with a strong desire to engage with the rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- A customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to building lasting partnerships and adeptness in handling challenging situations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- A willingness to travel as needed.
