Your Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Facilitating the onboarding process and training clients on our platform.
  • Utilizing the Data Impact Dashboard to extract and present key insights for our clients.
  • Serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries, issues, and requests.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by becoming a trusted industry partner.
  • Identifying and recommending upsell opportunities and managing contract renewals.
  • Delivering comprehensive analytics and business reviews to clients.
  • Networking to uncover new client needs and potential avenues for business growth.
  • Managing strategic partnerships to reduce customer churn.
  • Participating in relevant industry events and forums.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with FMCG brands, particularly in e-commerce.
  • A proactive and autonomous approach, with a strong desire to engage with the rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to building lasting partnerships and adeptness in handling challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
