About the Role
If you are passionate about assisting others and thrive in a dynamic environment, consider a position with Progressive's bilingual call center team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from Spanish-speaking clients, requiring multitasking abilities, customer service experience, and proficiency in navigating various computer systems. This position is remote, and you will receive all necessary equipment and comprehensive training.

Available Positions

  • Bilingual Inbound Sales Specialist: Share your knowledge of Progressive's offerings to ensure clients receive the appropriate insurance coverage through effective benefits selling.
  • Bilingual Customer Service Specialist: Address customer inquiries and assist with insurance policy needs by providing information on coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews while also promoting additional products.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
  • OR a minimum of two years of post-secondary education.
  • For Sales Roles: Property & Casualty license; if not already licensed, you will have the opportunity to obtain it during training (and must comply with licensing requirements as an employee).
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Training and Schedule
Most schedules will include weekend shifts and evening hours following the completion of training.

Home Office Requirements
  • A designated workspace free from noise and distractions.
  • High-speed internet connection at your own expense unless otherwise mandated by law.
  • Your provided computer must be connected to the router or modem via a cable (no wireless connections).
  • All Progressive hardware must be connected to a surge protector.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly wage starting at $21.50, depending on the selected role.
  • Gainshare bonus potential of up to 8% of eligible earnings based on company performance.
  • An additional 10% for evening or weekend hours worked.
  • Performance-based incentives.
  • An extra $1.00/hour for fluency in both English and Spanish in a bilingual role.
