Role Overview:
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding customer service experiences.
You will collaborate effectively with customers and the service team to achieve optimal results.
Your expertise in managing various software applications while maintaining professionalism is essential to providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Duties:
Deliver high-quality support to customers through phone, chat, and email communications in a remote setting.
Maintain a consistent schedule while being adaptable to shift rotations as required.
Specific Tasks:
Engage with customers through various communication channels.
Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards.
Collaborate with customers and the Patagonia team to resolve inquiries.
Efficiently navigate multiple software systems throughout the workday.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Utilize established procedures for processing orders and handling returns.
Address customer service needs from a remote environment.
Participate in team-building initiatives.
Complete necessary training to enhance customer service skills.
Be available during peak hours of customer inquiries.
Required Skills:
Strong active listening and communication abilities.
Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
Ability to deliver quality service through various channels.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams.
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal, reading, writing) without reliance on translation services.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Experience in a contact or call center environment is preferred.
Technical proficiency in managing multiple platforms.
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
Home Office Requirements:
Minimum internet speed of 100Mbps.
Workspace must accommodate Patagonia-provided IT equipment.
Work must be conducted in a private area.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with flexible shift options available.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to utilize Patagonia technology for customer support tasks.
