Contract Negotiation Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Contract Specialist to join our team at Eastern Virginia Medical School. As a critical member of our sponsored research group, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating clinical study agreements, analyzing complex documents, and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Review and analyze clinical study agreements, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for amendments and revisions;
- Negotiate contract terms, working closely with global partners, faculty, and staff to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes;
- Develop and implement strategies for contract management, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Risk Management, and clinical teams, to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes;
- Establish effective working relationships with external partners, including global collaborators and vendors;
- Manage and coordinate subcontracting, modifications, and other related tasks;
