About the Role

We are seeking an attorney with expertise in insurance disputes and environmental claims. As an Insurance Claims Environmental Specialist, you will counsel clients on complex issues related to insurance coverage for environmental hazards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance law, environmental regulations, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on insurance coverage for environmental claims
• Analyze insurance policies and contracts
• Negotiate with insurers and other stakeholders
• Develop strategies for resolving disputes
• Stay up-to-date on environmental regulations and industry developments

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Experience in insurance law, environmental regulations, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
