Job Description

At IMSolutions, LLC, we are seeking a highly experienced Federal Contracts Specialist IV to join our team.

About the Role

This is a 100% remote position in the United States, offering a unique opportunity to work with a rapidly growing woman-owned, veteran-owned management consulting company.

As a Federal Contracts Specialist IV, you will perform a wide range of contract/grant administration functions, supporting the Government Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO) in acquisition planning, preparation of acquisition strategy plans and briefings, and preparation of Justification and Approval (J&A).

Responsibilities
  • Maintain copies of contracts/grants, staff all requested changes, and determine if the change applies to other contracts.
  • Support contract closeout actions, including performing various pre- and post-contract and procurement responsibilities pertaining to the procurement of supplies, services, and equipment.
  • Assist with the planning, preparing, and maintaining of the current acquisition plans and overall program office acquisition administration functions, including program control and tracking.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Federal contracts management experience, with a Bachelor's degree or at least 24 credit hours in business or a business-related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal contracting laws, regulations, and policies, as well as an understanding of business and industry contract practices.
  • Ability to negotiate contract modifications, develop evaluation criteria, evaluate contract performance, and manage contract termination and closeouts.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, insurance, EAP, and discounts.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Foreign National with a work permit and residing in the U.S. for three or more years.
