Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct both virtual and in-person sessions with children aged from birth to 18 years.
  • Engage in the development of individualized care plans.
  • Perform assessments and collaborate with families to create effective treatment plans.
  • Address speech, language, and communication challenges.
  • Oversee the work of Speech Assistants.
  • Provide counseling and advisory services.
  • Conduct follow-up visits to evaluate and refine care plans.
  • Design interventions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  • Maintain precise and current documentation.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • At least one year of experience in speech therapy.
  • Experience in Early Intervention (Pediatrics) is a plus.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence is mandatory.
  • Illinois state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
