Job Summary

Tenet-Alabama is seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team in a Coronary Care setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supervision to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Plan Patient Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement and Evaluate Care: Implement care plans and evaluate their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and Educate: Supervise and educate nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Experience: None required, but prior experience in a coronary care setting is preferred.
  • Certification: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a nurse in the state of practice.
