Role Overview: In our no-haggle sales environment, the Finance and Insurance Manager plays a crucial role in making credit decisions, submitting deals for lender approval, and facilitating the sales process. With your background in automotive sales or finance, you will identify the right finance and insurance products tailored to each customer's unique situation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers and guide them through the transition from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase journey.
  • Develop strong relationships with employees and customers alike.
  • Assess customer financing needs and payment options through a consultative interview process.
  • Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products to customers.
  • Process finance transactions while ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Build rapport with customers to generate a base of referrals.
  • Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Ensure timely handling of all administrative processes in accordance with company policy.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience to foster loyalty.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for working with technology.
