Your Responsibilities
This role is office-based, and your daily tasks will encompass:
- Handling inquiries from new and existing clients
- Providing guidance to clients regarding their coverage options
- Drafting and modifying insurance policies
- Assisting in resolving billing concerns and making policy recommendations
- Responding to client queries via phone and email
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
- A high school diploma or higher
- An active 4-40 or 2-20 license in Florida
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- The ability to manage stressful situations effectively
- Comfort with mathematical concepts and problem-solving
- Outstanding customer service skills
- The capability to work in a paperless environment utilizing various electronic policy processing systems
Additional Information
This position requires the ability to remain stationary for 50%-75% of the time and communicate clearly with team members.
