Key Responsibilities

This role is office-based, and your daily tasks will include:

  • Handling calls from new and existing clients
  • Providing guidance to potential and current clients regarding coverage options
  • Drafting insurance policies and making necessary amendments
  • Assisting in resolving billing inquiries, modifying policies, and offering policy recommendations
  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email from insured parties or companies

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of administrative experience
  • A high school diploma or higher
  • Preference for candidates with an active 2-20 license in Florida or those aspiring to build a career in the Property and Casualty insurance field
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • The ability to manage stressful situations effectively
  • Comfort with mathematical concepts and problem-solving
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • A capability to work in a paperless environment utilizing various electronic policy processing systems

Additional Information

This position requires the ability to remain stationary for 50%-75% of the time and communicate clearly with team members.
