Key Responsibilities:
This role is primarily office-based, with daily tasks including:
- Handling inquiries from new and existing clients
- Providing guidance to clients regarding their coverage options
- Drafting and modifying insurance policies
- Assisting in resolving billing inquiries and making policy adjustments
- Responding to client questions via phone and email
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of administrative experience
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred candidates will have an active 2-20 license in Florida or a strong interest in pursuing a career in the Property and Casualty insurance field
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage stressful situations effectively
- Comfort with mathematical concepts and problem-solving
- Outstanding customer service capabilities
- Experience working in a paperless environment utilizing various electronic policy processing systems
Additional Information:
This position is situated in an office environment and requires:
- The ability to remain stationary for 50%-75% of the time
- Clear verbal communication with team members
