Position Overview
The Account Director is instrumental in spearheading initiatives aimed at achieving sustainable growth objectives. This role emphasizes the formulation and execution of strategies to retain current business while overseeing the following key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver significant value to SBM clients in a manner that fosters loyalty and aligns with SBM's strategic growth initiatives.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to ensure the retention of existing programs and drive organic growth to fulfill both individual account and corporate growth objectives.
  • Guarantee that all locations within the portfolio comply with contractual obligations, SBM's internal performance management framework (4Insite), standardized processes, corporate divisions, and company strategies.
  • Adhere to all necessary reporting requirements, both internal and customer-facing, including growth metrics, status updates, business reviews, and monthly portfolio assessments.
  • Travel is necessary to evaluate site performance and the health of client relationships.
  • Identify service enhancements to optimize operations, increase efficiencies, and elevate the customer experience.
  • Proactively analyze customer and industry trends to uncover opportunities for innovation and the introduction of advanced solutions across the customer portfolio.
  • Comprehend and effectively articulate the vision, mission, and value propositions of SBM and all corporate divisions.
  • Collaborate across departments to promote operational excellence and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage succession planning for leadership through regular assessments of site and portfolio leadership capabilities to ensure ongoing and scalable growth.
  • Conduct management meetings to reinforce ownership, connection, and motivation across all employee levels.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field from an accredited institution, coupled with 8+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to distinguish SBM by creating an outstanding experience for both internal teams and clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills necessary for effective presentations to internal teams and external clients.
  • Proficient in developing PowerPoint presentations and report documents with impactful messaging.
  • Active/Transferable DoD TS Clearance is preferred.

Salary: Starting at $140,000+
