As a Project Engineer,
you will contribute to creating beautiful, affordable living environments for Seniors by:

  • Committing to the overall success of each project.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members based on trust and collaboration.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet client needs, project timelines, and quality benchmarks.
  • Enhancing awareness of client expectations, project timelines, and quality standards.
  • Fostering a positive professional culture and work atmosphere.
  • Organizing and assisting with document management and estimates throughout the bidding and proposal phases.
  • Supporting the evaluation of bids and the selection of subcontractors.
  • Drafting, organizing, and distributing documents among the project management team, field team, design teams, clients, and architects; including weekly progress updates, submittals, RFIs, ASIs, and drawing revisions.
  • Updating and managing the procurement process to align with the project's critical path.
  • Participating in meetings with clients and architects, preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Assisting in the drafting, updating, and coordination of the project schedule.
  • Supporting change management documentation and coordination efforts.
  • Seeking opportunities to take on Project Management responsibilities.
  • Promoting our safety culture on all projects.
  • Becoming proficient in applications such as Bluebeam Revu, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Project.
  • Occasionally visiting project sites.
  • Performing other assigned duties.
To qualify as a Project Engineer,
you will need:

  • A positive attitude and a desire to learn.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple tasks to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Self-motivation to meet established goals with a strong sense of accountability for results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
