Job Description

Job Title: Student Intern

Job Summary: HR&Co. LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Intern to join our team. As a Student Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business management and administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business management programs.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior personnel to plan and execute special projects.
  • Attend training classes and activities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an HBCU, College, or University.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

This is an onsite position located in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks.
