National Account Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned National Account Executive to lead our efforts in maintaining and expanding relationships with large, multi-location prospects and customers within an assigned territory.
This sales leadership position requires a highly organized individual who can achieve sales quotas in multiple product lines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with customers.
The National Account Executive will be responsible for facilitating communication with customers and building long-term relationships to drive business growth.
National Account Executive Responsibilities- Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with customers and key personnel who influence business decisions
- Develop expertise in all company product offerings
- Lead solution development efforts, including teaching customers and tailoring the sales process to meet customer needs
- Achieve sales quotas defined by the company
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Ensure brand consistency and negotiate contracts
- Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction
- 5-10 years of sales experience, with 2-5 years in National Account sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the trailer/power industry and/or equipment leasing is a significant advantage
- Public speaking and leadership skills
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel software
- Ability to travel as needed (60-75% of the time)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
