Position Summary:

The District Sales and Operations Manager is dedicated to enhancing sales and operational effectiveness with a strong ethical foundation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee sales and operational activities across multiple retail locations within the district.
  • Establish clear roles and processes for the district team to ensure consistency and performance measurement.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards across the district.
  • Motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results, overcoming challenges along the way.
  • Develop and nurture your team by creating a supportive environment that encourages recognition, performance management, and team cohesion.
  • Manage all aspects of personnel responsibilities, including hiring, retention, training, and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities for district improvement by considering diverse perspectives in problem-solving.
  • Analyze financial performance to pinpoint opportunities for growth and address performance gaps.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support training and operational success.
  • Exemplify high standards of integrity to cultivate a district culture aligned with our core values.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Open availability with no scheduling restrictions.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to meet the business needs, which may require working 44 hours or more per week.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of management experience in a high-volume retail environment, including supervising staff.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and sales management.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Expertise in store management and operations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

In this role, the District Sales & Operations Manager is frequently required to stand, use hands and fingers to handle objects, communicate verbally, and hear. The position may involve working in various environments. The ability to work a 40+ hour week, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential. The individual must be capable of standing or sitting for extended periods and using both hands for fine and gross manipulation of tools, such as computers and telephones. Adequate vision to read both handwritten and typed materials is necessary.
