Job Title: Sales Coordinator

At Ethos Talent Advisors, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in achieving their goals and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in sales activities, including cold calling, following up on warm leads, and managing client accounts.
  • Proactively reach out to past, current, and potential clients to generate revenue and grow the business.
  • Conduct research to understand the business, market trends, and potential clients to tailor sales strategies effectively.
  • Develop and deliver sales proposals tailored to client needs, working closely with company leadership to align on business development strategies.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Administrative Duties:
  • Support day-to-day business operations, including managing schedules, maintaining client records, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing documents, proposals, and reports as required.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events to support the team's activities.
  • Utilize MS Office to create, update, and manage business documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Some professional experience as sales coordinator, sales representative, or account executive.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
  • Ambitious, reliable, and motivated to grow within the company.

Salary Disclosure Statement:

In compliance with New York State law, we are committed to providing salary transparency to all job applicants. The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $52,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This range represents the expected compensation for employees performing work within New York State. The actual salary may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, education, and performance.

In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
