Job Overview

The Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales Department's strategic and tactical plans. This individual will contribute to the coordination of sales operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support special projects, such as improving delivery and quality metrics
  • Perform administrative activities, including help desk ticket management and sending general marketing information
  • Prepare, facilitate, and record training for all sales personnel
  • Maintain sales metrics and processes
  • Review and update policies and procedures for the Sales Department
  • Meet, coordinate, and support activities with other CTG departments to ensure alignment on sales and operations objectives

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of project management, supply chain, and/or operations experience
  • B.A./B.S. from an accredited university desired, or equivalent experience; Masters preferred
  • Defense and Aerospace experience preferred
  • Experience with a QMS and process-driven environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
