Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our executives and teams, including maintaining calendars, coordinating events, and preparing presentations and documents.
  • Office Management: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation, and manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Data Entry and Management: Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases, and generate reports and compile data as requested by management.
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a finance and accounting department.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
