Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and schedule follow-up appointments with sales teams.
  • Respond promptly to online, phone, and live chat requests using established communication methods.
  • Provide initial product information to customers and guide them to the right dealership resources.
  • Present preliminary financing options tailored to customer needs.
  • Follow up with potential leads who are not yet ready to schedule an appointment or have missed their appointments.
  • Engage in team-building and process improvement discussions, maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is required.
  • A collaborative team player with a desire to enhance skills and contribute positively.
  • Exhibit a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrate proficient computer skills.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
