Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and facilitate follow-ups for sales appointments
  • Respond promptly to online, phone, and live chat requests utilizing established scripts and templates
  • Provide initial product details and guide customers to the relevant dealership resources
  • Present preliminary financing options tailored to customer requirements
  • Follow up with potential leads who are not yet ready to schedule an appointment
  • Engage in team and process enhancement discussions, maintaining positive interactions with colleagues and management
  • Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a daily basis
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Strong collaborative skills and a desire for continuous improvement
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Valid driver's license
