gTANGIBLE Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of contract support operations, involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and alter corporate management structure to effectively manage contract support activities.
- Develop travel cost projections, control and report costs, formulate and enforce work standards, assign staff work schedules, review and resolve work discrepancies, and ensure all deliverables are in accordance with the Quality Assurance and Surveillance Plan.
- Oversee contractor-participated projects to ensure successful management of teams composed of trainers, asset managers, business and supply chain analysts, data processing and other information management professionals.
- Assist senior leadership in analyzing the need and preparing required documentation for managing work processes.
- Ensure all contractors have and maintain required experience, training, and certifications necessary for Task Order compliance.
- Provide periodic performance feedback to the Task Order Contracting Officer's Representative of potential issues that may disrupt performance.
- Provide oversight of the contractor's processes, projects, workflow, and quality control.
- Ensure all items addressed in the Performance Work Statement are requested to be ordered by the Supply Officer, received, and available.
- Provide Monthly Quality Control Report, including associated travel site inventory summary reports, and monitor key management processes for the appropriate Task Order Contracting Officer to review.
- Direct supervision of IT software development processes, integration, maintenance projects, and/or telecommunications systems.
- 15 years of experience in assisting Commands in managing government-owned facilities, security programs, training programs, maintenance programs, IT software programs, and DOD supply chain inventory and assets management programs.
- Expert knowledge in project management (PMP certification or equivalent), IT application deployment, knowledge in managing and controlling funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, and managing subcontracts of various types and complexity.
- Currently trained in the principles of Project Management Standards: Team, Stewardship, Quality, Tailoring, Stakeholders, System Thinking, Value, Leadership, Complexity, Change, Risk, Adaptability, and Resilience.
- Expert knowledge of the Maritime Prepositioning Force concept of operations and the Naval Beach Group Table of Allowances.
- Expert knowledge in managing a Table of Allowances, facilities, assemblies requirements, and aiding in the management of logistics IT structures in an APSR.
- Expert knowledge of ROC/POE development, analysis, practices, procedures, etc.
- Must have an accredited Bachelor's degree in Personnel Management or other related field, plus a minimum of 15 years of related experience in leadership positions and a current PMP certification or the equivalent.
- Have the demonstrated ability and history of developing and managing using Project Management Plans and Work Breakdown Structures that are in full alignment and compliance with the PMBOK.
