Role Summary:
As the Bilingual Communications and Public Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our internal communications strategy. Your efforts will ensure that our expanding team remains engaged, informed, and motivated in their roles at our firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement bilingual internal communication initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
  • Utilize storytelling to effectively convey our mission and vision.
  • Establish key performance indicators for communication channels to assess effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to create communication protocols for various scenarios.
  • Draft and review press releases, business correspondence, and speeches as necessary.
  • Ensure successful communication of organizational projects and initiatives to all employees and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the production of communication materials to maintain brand consistency, including newsletters, website content, and presentations.
  • Provide coaching to team members to enhance their communication skills.
  • Research and apply for awards that can enhance our recruitment efforts.
  • Support other departments with their communication needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive communications calendar.
  • Propose the structure for and help establish a dedicated communications department in the future.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and executing bilingual internal communications strategies, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment; experience with change management is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  • Capable of working collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with newsletter platforms such as MailChimp is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-suite applications.
  • Design skills and knowledge of Adobe Suite are preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
