About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engagement Manager to join our team at Trilagen. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and driving project success.


Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful project delivery and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resource allocation to optimize project outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and foster long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and address challenges proactively to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, client engagement, or a similar role within a consulting environment.
  • 3+ years of experience working with project management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet.
  • 3+ years of experience working on large scale Cloud or Cyber Security projects.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
