Job Description

At TEPHRA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Growth Director to lead our business development efforts in the Healthcare vertical.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry and be able to shape new business opportunities and large deals for our clients. This role requires strong collaboration skills, as you will need to work closely with cross-functional teams to structure innovation-led partnerships and bring positive impact to our clients' businesses through our portfolio of services and solutions.

We are looking for someone who can establish strategic relationships with CXOs and generate market momentum for our company in the identified markets. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for achieving growth targets, originating deals, acquiring new logos, and providing thought leadership throughout the buying journey.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12-15 years of overall selling experience, with majority experience in the Healthcare vertical.
  • Experience working in a leading IT services/consulting firm, collaborating across global teams is preferred.
  • Direct industry experience working in Healthcare companies is desirable.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.
