Job Title: Strategic Growth Director

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Director to join our team at Trident Experiential LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of strategic goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the Agency's strategic goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term growth strategies, including Client acquisition, service offerings, and market positioning.
  • Develop strategic plans for major Client engagements, ensuring events align with the Client's broader business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure all strategies are actionable, measurable, and designed to deliver a clear return on investment (ROI) for both the Agency and its Clients.

Client Strategy and Engagement:

  • Work closely with the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) and Planning and Production team to distill Client needs into tailored strategies that deliver high-impact, results-oriented events.
  • Serve as a senior-level contact for high-value Clients, providing strategic insights and solutions that address their long-term goals.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with department heads (e.g., Creative, Meetings and Incentives) to ensure that all event plans are aligned with the broader strategy.

Business Development and Growth:

  • Identify and secure growth opportunities within existing Client accounts and potential new business.

Performance Measurement and Analysis:

  • Analyze the performance of past events, gathering feedback from Clients and internal teams to improve future strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in strategic planning, event management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business and event strategies.
