Job Description
  • The Strategic Business Growth Manager plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth and broadening its market reach by identifying new business opportunities and securing new client partnerships.
  • This individual must be a strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth through innovative and effective sales techniques, as well as possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  1. Utilize various lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and attending industry events to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Research and identify new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services to expand the company's offerings.
  3. Manage and execute the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, delivering compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the company's products/services and their benefits.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to senior management/leadership, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • 5 – 8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the Analytical and consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, established network of contacts and potential clients, familiarity with lead generation tools.
