The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to sell RSM's portfolio of infrastructure solutions, including IT strategy and Managed Infrastructure services.

The Strategic IT Growth Director will be responsible for leading all aspects of the sales process, from systematic prospect targeting to closing deals. This involves developing opportunity-specific sales strategies, selecting pursuit teams, and quarterbacking the entire sales process.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record in selling IT managed services, infrastructure solutions, management consulting, and IT strategy services. A strong network of C-level contacts, community involvement, and industry association participation are highly valued.

Key responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying IT security managed services opportunities, executing sales plans, and working with internal and external resources to position the firm for success. You will also collaborate with Practice Leaders and Pre-Sales Solution Consultants to develop compelling solutions for clients.

We offer a competitive benefits package and flexible schedule, empowering you to balance life's demands while maintaining your ability to serve clients. Our compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $300,000, with discretionary bonuses based on firm and individual performance.
