Job DescriptionPosition Overview:

As a Junior Technology Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to identify their operational needs and deliver technology solutions that support their objectives. This foundational role provides an exceptional opportunity to cultivate consulting expertise, engage in varied projects, and acquire practical experience with innovative technologies. You will assist senior consultants and work in partnership with interdisciplinary teams to produce high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction: Aid in the collection and evaluation of client requirements through discussions, workshops, and interviews. Contribute to the formulation of project proposals and solution frameworks.
  • Implementation of Solutions: Engage in the setup, configuration, and personalization of technology solutions. Collaborate with senior consultants to ensure that implementations align with client expectations and project schedules.
  • Technical Assistance: Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues for clients. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and enhancing system performance.
  • Documentation Management: Create and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training resources. Ensure all project records are current and easily accessible.
  • Data Interpretation: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights for clients. Support the creation of reports and dashboards that empower clients to make informed decisions.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate client understanding and utilization of the technology solutions provided. Conduct user training sessions and develop educational materials to promote user engagement.
  • Ongoing Education: Keep abreast of the latest technology trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools. Participate in professional development activities and seek opportunities for advancement within the consulting domain.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in partnership with interdisciplinary teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver comprehensive solutions that fulfill client requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of IT systems, software development, databases, and networking. Familiarity with specific technologies pertinent to the role, such as cloud computing, CRM systems, or ERP solutions.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Capacity to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Project Management Knowledge: Basic understanding of project management principles. Ability to manage tasks and deadlines in a dynamic consulting environment.
  • Client Orientation: Strong customer service focus with a commitment to delivering value to clients. Ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Internship or prior experience in a consulting or client-facing capacity.
  • Familiarity with consulting methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Salesforce).
