JOB DUTIES:
THE PERSON:
- A candidate who possesses a strong enthusiasm for technology and computing, demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills and thriving in a collaborative lab environment.
- Hands-on expertise in assembling and troubleshooting Client PC systems, executing both manual and automated testing, complemented by effective lab organization and cleanliness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the maintenance of lab space, testing racks, infrastructure, and testing equipment.
- Update and manage Inventory SOR.
- Install and execute benchmarks, gather results, and compile data for analysis.
- Assist engineers with both automated and manual testing across various platforms.
- Support root cause failure analysis utilizing software and hardware debugging tools.
- Construct, configure, support, and troubleshoot lab systems, encompassing both hardware and software.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Fundamental knowledge of soldering techniques.
- Familiarity with Inventory SOR.
- Basic understanding of electronics.
- Experience with Microsoft products.
- Knowledge of PC assembly.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
