Your Contribution

As a Field Services Customer Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering administrative assistance, exceptional customer service, and effective maintenance solutions in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Daily oversight of maintenance and rehabilitation dashboards to guarantee timely responses
  • Organizing daily schedules and assignments for Maintenance Technicians to maximize productivity
  • Addressing resident maintenance inquiries and coordinating appropriate actions
  • Reviewing and approving work order proposals with meticulous attention to detail
  • Assisting in the swift resolution of utility issues for vacant properties
  • Coordinating eviction schedules and associated tasks
  • Executing other assigned responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Background in property management or maintenance is advantageous
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
