Cotiviti is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Client Executive to join our team. As a Client Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting the transformation and improvement of our nation's healthcare system through the use of healthcare analytics and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior-level clients, including payers, providers, employers, and brokers.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure Cotiviti meets and exceeds client commitments on execution and value delivered.
  • Lead strategic account planning sessions and develop presentations to summarize realized value, new offerings, and additional opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for customer success stories, presentations, and PR.
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined on the annual Performance Plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
  • Proven client relationship/account management skills and ability to be viewed as a trusted advisor.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years client management, account management, consulting, or business development/sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify needs or opportunities and develop proposals based on review and analysis of contracts, product offerings, operations, and client needs.
