About the Role

Xerox is seeking a highly skilled and organized Support Representative to join our team. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with Xerox equipment and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Xerox equipment and software
  • Assist with billing and warehouse duties
  • Install and configure Xerox equipment on Navy vessels
  • Diagnose and repair Xerox equipment
  • Provide support during the rollout of technical solutions and equipment installations
  • Ability to travel on short notice
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Xerox equipment and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and bend, climb, and kneel
  • Must be able to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Navy or Military Veterans are desired
  • Experience with troubleshooting application and network related issues
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, One Drive)
