- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Xerox equipment and software
- Assist with billing and warehouse duties
- Install and configure Xerox equipment on Navy vessels
- Diagnose and repair Xerox equipment
- Provide support during the rollout of technical solutions and equipment installations
- Ability to travel on short notice
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of Xerox equipment and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and bend, climb, and kneel
- Must be able to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance
- Prior Navy or Military Veterans are desired
- Experience with troubleshooting application and network related issues
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, One Drive)
