Position Overview

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is essential in providing assistance to our Spanish-speaking clientele regarding their meal orders. This role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring precision, and maintaining efficiency throughout all interactions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle both incoming and outgoing communications from clients placing meal orders
  • Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer assistance
  • Input order information into the specified client management system
  • Document all client interactions in the database
  • Contact case managers via phone, email, or fax for unique client circumstances
  • Operate promptly and effectively while preserving a personalized touch

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish
  • Completion of high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with data entry tasks

Preferred Skills

  • 1 year of previous experience in a call center environment

Physical Demands

  • Repetitive hand and finger movements
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods
  • Visual acuity for job-related tasks
