Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Specialist 2 to join our team. As a Case Specialist 2, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers to understand their issues and concerns
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Classify risks appropriately and maintain accurate records
  • Provide written correspondence and email support to customers and business partners
  • Serve as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or financial services role
  • Strong Spanish language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
