Key Responsibilities:

Achieve business development targets within designated accounts and regions

Grow new business and accounts through strategic relationships and negotiations

Negotiate and finalize new business with existing and new accounts

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in IT staffing industry or in a sales role with in the tech sector

Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed targets

Characteristics:

Critical thinking and strategic approach to client relationships

Drive and hunger to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Maturity and ability to thrive in a remote role with the freedom to build and grow your own business

C suite presence and ability to interact and thrive in this environment

The ability to build long-term relationships beyond closing the deal

Package:

$80,000 - $120,000 base X 2 OTE
