Job Title: Business Development Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Sales Representative to join our team at Complete Specialty Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on potential clients
  • Develop and nurture lead sources, qualifying prospects, originating new accounts, growing customers, and managing sales of our services
  • Develop referral partnerships with other dental industry sales professionals
  • Track all outreach (calls, visits, etc.) into our company's HubSpot CRM
  • Attend and lead business lunch/dinner, sales meetings & events, conferences, job fairs, or any other business development functions
  • Forecast sales targets and provide feedback to management
Requirements:
  • Proven tactical dental sales and negotiations experience
  • Ability to work autonomously but also highly functional in a team environment
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Computer literacy, including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software and CRM
  • Must have reliable transportation and be receptive to flexible hours
