About the Role

Complete Specialty Solutions is seeking a highly effective market-specific Dental Business Development/Sales Representative to develop and execute sales strategies and attract new clients. This position will be responsible for developing and nurturing lead sources, qualifying prospects, originating new accounts, growing customers, and managing sales of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish New Accounts: Plan and organize daily work schedules to call on potential clients, with weekly expectations of 50+ calls, 25+ office visits, and 2-3 lunch/learns resulting in 3+ monthly new GP activations.
  • Develop Referral Partnerships: Establish relationships with other dental industry sales professionals to expand our network and increase sales opportunities.
  • Track Outreach: Monitor and track all outreach efforts, including calls, visits, and other interactions, into our company's HubSpot CRM.
  • Attend Business Events: Participate in and lead business lunch/dinner meetings, sales meetings, conferences, job fairs, and other business development functions.
  • Forecast Sales Targets: Provide regular feedback to management on sales targets and progress.
Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in dental sales and negotiations.
  • Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work independently while also being a functional member of a team.
  • Sales Techniques and Pipeline Management: Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management strategies.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in the MS Office suite of software and CRM systems.
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to work flexible hours.
