We are seeking a talented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at NYU Langone Health. This role involves providing administrative support to staff, coordinating office operations, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative activities, including payroll, scheduling, and clinical compliance.
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Coordinate supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
  • Analyze data related to administrative functions and prepare reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft Office.
What We Offer:

NYU Langone Health provides a competitive salary range of $62,400.00 - $73,805.68 Annually, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
