Role Overview

As a Lead OnBase Systems Administrator, you will be part of a team that acts as application owners, providing comprehensive support for Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) solutions. Your responsibilities will include assisting or leading installations and upgrades, researching security solutions, and addressing customer incident reports while exploring proactive resolutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent post-secondary education and/or relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience as an OnBase administrator or in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage competing and changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL statements in a relational database, with the ability to query and modify data and table structures.
  • Knowledge of report creation using Business Intelligence (BI) or other reporting tools.
  • Desired certifications include Hyland OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) and Hyland OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA).

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $140,000

The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
